Even before AI, ‘small business’ has had problems.

Conglomerates rule the market, squeeing out small or community businesses.

Not everyone has the means to become a franchise chain, and to the average consumer it’s just easier to pay up and take your car to the dealer than to go through the nightmare of finding a qualified mechanic with a side biz who lives next door - on Craigslist.

This isn’t just an app for car-maintenance. This is a call for a way to engage with the people who run the world around you - your community - and empower them with a platform beyond Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Angi, or OfferUp.

Now in the age of AI, big business won’t blink once before cutting jobs. Maybe we can create a new kind of economy - one much closer to home.

I’d ask that before you go to Panda Express, you’d think of your local Chinese food truck. Before you fix your screen at Apple, think of your neighbor doing certified repair out of his garage.

You’ll find them all, on Lolo.
